Description
The CND PROGRAM OFFICER will establish requirements statements, participate in working groups, coordinate program and project deployment across CND entities, ensure training and maintenance requirements are met, communicate internal changes, prepare multi-year budget and workload plans, and manage financial allocations. The role is full-time, based at Fort de Bicêtre in Val-de-Marne, France, and requires an engineer with proven experience delivering Information and Communications Systems, including requirements analysis, engineering project leadership, and contractor coordination. A TOP SECRET security clearance is required, and the position is open to permanent civil servants and contract employees.
