Helmsley Charitable Trust is hiring a Program Officer to support its Vulnerable Children in Sub-Saharan Africa Program’s multi-million-dollar annual grant portfolio. Reporting to the Program Director, the role manages grant applications, due diligence, reporting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and relationships with grantees; sources and evaluates proposals; supports program development; and engages with external consultants, partners, and audiences. The position is based in New York City on a hybrid schedule requiring at least three onsite days per week, with a targeted starting salary of $180,000-$193,000 and employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
