The Program Operations Manager coordinates the operational systems supporting the day-to-day delivery of Illinois Autism Partnership services. The role manages scheduling, contracts, customer communication, service logistics, invoicing, records, materials, and related program operations while serving as an operational liaison between IAP and Easterseals departments. The position is headquartered at Easterseals Chicago and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and occasional evening or weekend availability. The annual salary is $56,917–$71,146.
