Experlogix is hiring a full-time, mid-level Program Operations Manager to support its Product and Engineering organization. The role focuses on improving planning quality, backlog readiness, delivery predictability, cross-functional coordination, Agile program operations, KPI reporting, meeting facilitation, and process improvement across multiple product lines. It requires at least three years of relevant operational leadership experience, Agile and Jira expertise, strong facilitation and communication skills, and professional fluency in English and French. The position is hybrid, with the ideal candidate able to work from the Terrebonne office upon request.
