Description
The Program Operations Manager supports the Head Start/Early Head Start Director by supervising and coaching Site Supervisors, monitoring compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and licensing requirements, leading annual self-assessments and the Program Information Report, supporting grant proposals, managing onboarding and staffing recommendations, and coordinating program calendars and quality-control activities. The role requires an AA or higher degree in a relevant field, at least two years of supervisory experience, and at least two years of experience working in a federal program.
