Raytheon Technologies is hiring an onsite Program Operations Manager (POM) for a development program at its McKinney, Texas facility. The role serves as the primary interface between the Program Management Office, functional leaders, and operations factory leadership; it owns program operations requirements, factory integration, performance, budgets, EAC, proposal development, and production transition activities. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Secret security clearance, a university degree or equivalent experience, and at least five years of relevant experience, with 20% travel. The salary range is 107,500 USD to 204,500 USD, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits potentially available.
