Description
The Program Operations Specialist will manage the day-to-day administration of the Nuclear Medicine Residency, PET/CT Fellowship, and Theranostics training programs in Radiology. The role oversees trainee schedules, rotations, credentialing, evaluations, accreditation documentation, compliance, recruitment, meetings, and program policies; it also supports trainees with appointments, leave, and exit processes. The position is based in the Health Sciences Building at Montlake, operates Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday mornings, and is eligible for hybrid telework. It requires a bachelor's degree and two to three years of administration or office-management experience, with a regular annual salary of $61,368 to $78,000.
