A staffing agency is recruiting a Program or Portfolio Manager for a fully remote, 13-month contract supporting a direct client in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role requires residence in the Eastern Time Zone and involves full-time work of 37.5 hours per week. Candidates must have at least 10 years of program or portfolio management experience, strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, experience with project management or Agile tools, and a record of managing large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs. PMP or Scrum Master certification, state government experience, and Salesforce experience are highly desired.
