Description
A staffing agency is recruiting a Program or Portfolio Manager for a direct client in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This full-time, fully remote contract runs for up to 13 months, but candidates must reside in the Eastern Standard Time zone. The role requires 10 years of program or portfolio management experience, expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, experience with project management or Agile tools, and a record of managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs. PMP or Scrum Master certification, state government experience, and Salesforce experience are highly desired. Corp-to-corp and W-2 arrangements are available.
