A staffing agency is recruiting a Program or Portfolio Manager for a 13-month contract supporting a direct client in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role is fully remote for candidates residing in the Eastern Time Zone, with a 37.5-hour workweek, and may be engaged corp-to-corp or W-2. The manager must have 10 years of program or portfolio management experience, strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, experience with project management or Agile tools, and a record of managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs. PMP or Scrum Master certification, state government experience, and Salesforce experience are preferred.
