APTIM is hiring a Program Participation Specialist to provide consultative inbound customer support for Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy Home Energy Rebate programs. The role guides customers through eligibility, enrollment, and participation; maintains CRM records; coordinates with contractors, program implementers, and internal stakeholders; supports office operations; and performs quality-assurance and process-improvement work. The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of customer service, inside sales, or client success experience, and availability Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. The stated pay range is $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, with medical, vision, and dental insurance available through the benefits marketplace.
