Description
The Program Performance Analyst supports Saab’s Program Performance Management organization by monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. Responsibilities include preparing monthly performance reviews, supporting earned value management, analyzing schedules in Microsoft Project Server, supporting manpower planning, using Excel and Power BI, validating and reconciling data, and performing ad hoc analysis. The role requires enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Project. Compensation ranges from $18.24 to $24.32 per hour depending on location, and the position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for classified-information access.
