Description
Red 6 is hiring a Program Planner to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of advanced defense programs within its Program Management Office. The role develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedules, coordinates schedule updates across engineering and program organizations, supports Earned Value Management System activities, maintains work breakdown structures and baselines, performs schedule risk and critical-path analysis, and prepares program performance reports. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of relevant experience, Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software knowledge, U.S. citizenship, and strong analytical and communication skills. Compensation is an estimated base salary of $60,000–$85,000, with full-time employee benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and disability coverage.
