SMTC Corporation is hiring a Program Planner in Fremont, California to develop and execute production plans that ensure material availability, manufacturing readiness, and on-time delivery. The role manages work orders, MRP recommendations, production schedules, material constraints, capacity, inventory, engineering changes, and New Product Introduction activities while coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, quality, production control, and program management. The position requires at least three years of production planning, master scheduling, materials planning, production control, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, along with ERP/MRP, Excel, and supply chain planning skills; EMS experience and relevant certifications are preferred. The work combines office, electronics manufacturing, remote, and travel-based environments.
