The City of Oklahoma City is hiring a Program Planner to manage the Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, including the 1% for Art ordinance, consultant selection, contracting and procurement, ordinance interpretation, technical assistance, public art collection stewardship, and arts and cultural planning. The role coordinates planning projects, supervises specialized functions, prepares complex reports, represents the City before boards and commissions, and may require local and out-of-town travel. The position is exempt, pays $39.52–$60.39 per hour, and requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field plus eight or more years of relevant experience; preferred qualifications include arts administration, public art planning, consultant and contract management, and stakeholder presentation experience.
