Matter is hiring a Program Planning and Analysis professional to maintain the company’s Integrated Master Schedule, support scheduling and performance reporting, and analyze business data across engineering, research, development, supply chain, procurement, and project execution. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business management, or an equivalent practical experience, typically 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience, and advanced proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools. It is based onsite in El Segundo, California, with field deployments and test campaigns as needed, and requires U.S. export-control eligibility.
