Description
The Program Planning and Control Manager leads the development and execution of program planning and control functions for aerospace development and modification programs. The role coordinates Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance, performance measurement baselines, change control, work breakdown structures, cost and schedule management, forecasting, reporting, risk mitigation, audits, proposal support, and customer reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, cost control, and/or EVMS within aerospace, defense, or complex project-based environments, with PMP or EVMP certification preferred. The expected Washington salary range is $109,000 to $150,000 USD.
