RTX is hiring an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling Manager for its Program Design & Planning Organization in Tucson, Arizona. The onsite role leads planning professionals, develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedules and program phasing schedules, supports Earned Value Management and cost-schedule integration, and mentors junior planners. Candidates must hold U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance, with a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience. The salary range is 107,500 USD to 204,500 USD, with relocation available and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
