Description
The Program Production Supervisor – Unusual Machines Program supervises daily production activities and personnel for the Unusual Machines Program, coordinating work assignment, scheduling, materials, kitting, assembly, quality, inventory, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Director Factory Operations and requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience, supervisory or lead experience, and proficiency with production documentation and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include experience with complex or low-volume/high-mix manufacturing, aerospace or defense environments, ERP/MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and production team supervision.
