Standex International is hiring a Program / Project Engineer to lead automotive Soft Trim tooling programs at its Maumee facility from customer award through tooling design, build, validation, launch, and production readiness. The role combines project management, customer and supplier coordination, tooling and manufacturing engineering leadership, APQP/PPAP support, risk and corrective-action management, and continuous improvement in a cross-functional automotive manufacturing environment.
