Lam is hiring a Program or Project Manager to lead manufacturing-related programs and projects at the Tualatin campus. The role covers project initiation through delivery, cross-functional coordination, risk and schedule management, data-driven decision support, stakeholder communication, process improvement, change management, and project closure. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience, or a master’s degree with no prior professional experience, plus two or more years of project or program management experience. The role is graduate eligible and offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
