Description
Lam is hiring a Project Manager Level 3 to lead end-to-end management of large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery. The role oversees timelines, budgets, resources, cross-functional communication, risk mitigation, and the coaching of junior project managers and team members. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with five years of experience or a master's degree with three years of experience, plus three years of progressive project management experience, a PMP or PgMP credential or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role may be performed through an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
