Description
Lam is hiring a Program or Project Manager to initiate, execute, and close projects and programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and schedules, analyze data for decision support, communicate with leadership and stakeholders, and support change management and project closure. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, plus 3+ years of project or program management experience. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor or global supplier experience, strong communication skills, and project management certifications. The role may be performed through an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid arrangement.
