Lam is hiring an Order Fulfillment Program/Project Manager to lead global initiatives for order readiness and pre-slot milestone management. The role coordinates with sales operations, product groups, engineering, and order fulfillment teams; validates order configuration and completeness; resolves readiness issues; tracks progress through dashboards and reporting; and improves order readiness processes using SAP and production planning tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, plus 6+ years of project or program management experience and strong SAP, production planning, and order management knowledge. The position offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $114,000 to $211,000.
