Lam Research is hiring a Program Manager within its Global Systems Planning organization to lead responses to planning and operational excursions, business disruptions, and escalated customer or stakeholder concerns. The role coordinates cross-functional recovery efforts, assesses operational impacts, drives root-cause analysis, protects customer commitments, and develops reporting and improvement metrics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, plus 8+ years in planning, order management, supply chain operations, or similar roles; semiconductor experience is preferred. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
