Lam Research is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and evolve mission-critical programs supporting Software Key systems, MyLam’s Closed-Loop Accountability (CLA), and CCI governance. The role owns program roadmaps, risks, cross-functional alignment, software entitlements, technical communications, release coordination, change control, system modernization, workflow improvements, KPI monitoring, and executive reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 8+ years, plus 8+ years of project or program management experience and experience leading cross-functional teams. The position offers hybrid work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $114,000 to $253,000.
