Description

Lam Research is hiring a Manager, Digital Transformation - Quality Management to lead the transformation of global quality processes and digital capabilities. The role partners with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation teams to define requirements, design and govern QMS solutions, coordinate testing and data readiness, manage change and training, and support deployment and post-go-live stabilization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience, along with at least six years of Quality Management experience and enterprise QMS implementation experience. The position offers hybrid work models and a San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $114,000 to $253,000.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree
6+ years of Quality Management experience
Experience implementing, enhancing, or deploying a digital QMS solution
Experience defining and validating business requirements and participating in Quality process and solution-design workshops
Experience with Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing
Experience supporting organizational change, end-user training, deployment, or post-go-live stabilization
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, or supporting an enterprise digital QMS platform
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or comparable Quality Management System standards and regulatory expectations
Experience integrating QMS solutions with PLM, ERP, MES, data platforms, or other enterprise applications
Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Opcenter, MES, or PLM solutions
Experience in semiconductor, wafer fabrication equipment, high-technology manufacturing, or engineering-driven industries
Experience supporting a global, cross-functional Quality or Digital Transformation program
Master’s degree or professional certification in Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, change management, or project management
