Description
Lam is hiring a Project Manager for its Salzburg Operations to lead technical equipment and customer and internal projects from initiation through final acceptance. The role coordinates engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service; manages schedules, risks, changes, supplier readiness, manufacturing ramp activities, and stakeholder communications; and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years, plus 6+ years of project or technical program management experience. The position offers hybrid work options and is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement.
