Sol is hiring one remote Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional client engagements from kickoff through delivery. The role focuses on end-to-end system implementations, stakeholder and executive communication, project planning and budgeting, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and process optimization. Candidates need 8+ years of project management experience, hands-on full-cycle system implementation experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, AI and automation fluency, and proficiency with project management and Microsoft Office tools. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$180,000 per year and does not offer visa sponsorship.
