Description
The Program/Project Manager – Soft Trim Tooling leads automotive soft trim tooling programs from customer award through tooling build, validation, launch, and production readiness. The role coordinates engineering, tooling, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customer, and supplier activities; manages project plans, risks, deliverables, and launch requirements; and supports tool acceptance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline and at least five years of automotive tooling, manufacturing engineering, project engineering, program management, or launch-support experience, with a combination of office, engineering, tooling, and manufacturing-floor work.
