Description
The Program/Project Manager will lead automotive soft-trim tooling programs from customer award through tooling build, validation, launch, and production readiness. The role coordinates engineering, tooling, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customer, and supplier activities; manages project plans, risks, deliverables, APQP and PPAP requirements, and launch readiness; and supports continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline and at least five years of experience in automotive tooling, manufacturing engineering, project engineering, program management, or launch support.
