Description
The Program Manager will provide overall planning, direction, and success for major programs within PAE Mission Systems, including program definition, technical scope, resource allocation, milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. The role serves as the NMP Implementation point of contact, coordinates with Navy and other government stakeholders, supports acquisition milestones and Navy Modernization requirements, participates in process-improvement initiatives, and maintains IWP Capability Baselines for selected ships. The position requires 15 years of experience in Navy Modernization, Advance Planning Support, Installation Execution, Baseline Management, Design Management, Design Engineering, and Design Acquisition, a bachelor's degree, and a Secret clearance; PMP is desired.
