Lam Research is hiring a Capability Development & Workforce Readiness Program Manager to design role-based learning pathways, proficiency models, onboarding frameworks, and capability-development strategies for GP&O employees. The role partners with functional leaders, SMEs, role communities, and organizational-development partners to translate capability gaps into development solutions, develop certification and assessment frameworks, and support global capability adoption. Candidates need at least five years of relevant program management, capability development, learning strategy, workforce readiness, organizational development, or operations experience, along with strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. The role may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
