Lam is hiring a Program or Project Manager to lead training and certification programs across Korea through the Korea Local Training Center. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages training schedules, enrollments, instructors, facilities, financial forecasting, dashboards, KPI reporting, certification governance, and operational improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience, or a master’s degree with no prior professional experience, plus project or program management experience. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
