Description
The Capture Program Quality Engineer (PQE) supports Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics capture value stream by coordinating quality functions, program capture meetings, technical requirement discussions, quality management plans, risk mitigation, internal team coordination, and customer negotiations. The role requires experience with process procedures, customer relationships, presentations, risk and issue management, project facilitation, and aerospace or regulatory quality requirements; desired qualifications include program management, root-cause corrective action, visualization tools, and workflow automation. The position offers a full-time salary range of $129,000 to $239,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
