Description
The Quality Lead manages quality requirements and assurance activities across the full program lifecycle, including proposals, contract reviews, development, production, support, audits, risk reviews, and customer relationships. The role partners with program teams, establishes quality budgets, documents quality plans, and maintains DCMA and customer quality relationships. It requires a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, engineering-drawing interpretation, occasional weekend and second-shift software testing, computer-system documentation skills, and U.S. citizenship. The position offers a full-time salary range of $65,500 to $121,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
