Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Quality Lead to manage quality requirements across the program lifecycle, including proposals, contract reviews, development, production, and support. The role partners with program teams, manages quality budgets and risk reviews, maintains quality plans and audits, supports DCMA and customer quality relationships, and oversees supplier and program quality activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, prior Quality Engineering experience, and familiarity with hardware, software, and AS9100 quality processes. The full-time salary range is $95,900 to $178,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
