The role owns the program’s quality plan, leads the quality team across hardware, supplier, and production quality, manages quality budgets and performance data, drives root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supports surveillance and customer events, and coordinates with engineering, production, and government customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, leadership and root-cause experience, and the ability to obtain a security clearance; the full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700.
