Lockheed Martin is hiring an Associate Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality inspectors and QA personnel supporting rotary-wing aviation programs under its Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services contract at Bluegrass Station in Lexington, Kentucky. The role oversees inspection procedures, aircraft modification and maintenance quality, safety-of-flight verifications, DCMA and government inspections, AS9100/AS9110 compliance, audits, root-cause and corrective-action processes, KPI reporting, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a technical or quality-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, substantial aviation operations experience, leadership experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The full-time position pays $94,400 to $175,200 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
