Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Quality Engineering Manager in Camden, Arkansas, to lead quality requirements and continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of aerospace and defense programs. The role manages contract reviews, quality assurance plans, budgets, audits, risk and opportunity reviews, supplier quality, customer relationships, and program reviews. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related STEM discipline, experience managing quality systems in aerospace, defense, or a similar environment, experience leading cross-functional teams, root-cause analysis and corrective-action experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $116,100 to $215,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
