Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager to lead the PAC‑3 Evolutionary Development and Transition‑to‑Production program in Arlington, Texas. The role oversees program-wide quality processes, data analytics, talent development, training, knowledge continuity, design-for-manufacturability, supplier and customer interfaces, and cross-functional program execution. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with current interim Secret clearance, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline, and have production-quality, manufacturing, and continuous-improvement leadership experience. The full-time position offers a salary range of $129,000 to $239,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
