Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Engineering Manager to lead quality processes across the M270 Launchers program in Arlington, Texas. Reporting to the Launchers Program Quality Sr. Manager, the role oversees quality standards, audits, risk and opportunity reviews, customer relationships, corrective and preventive actions, supplier and customer interfaces, and the development of quality teams and metrics. The position requires a U.S. citizen, current interim Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline, and leadership experience in quality, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
