Description
The Leased Housing Administrator provides general assistance in administering and delivering services for a rental assistance program. The role handles resident and property-owner applications, voucher issuance, eligibility and income certifications, rent and lease preparation, inspections, payments, complaints, legal document witnessing, and coordination with residents, property owners, agencies, and other program sections. It requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of public housing or leased-housing experience, Microsoft Office and agency software proficiency, a valid Rhode Island Class O driver’s license, and knowledge of housing regulations, quality standards, tenant-landlord law, and related procedures.
