Description
The Spencer Foundation is hiring a temporary Program Research Assistant (PRA) as a doctoral student to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of research and evaluation activities. The role involves quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, literature reviews, program assessments, written reporting, and collaboration with program staff and stakeholders. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited Chicago-area doctoral program focused on education, have at least two years of qualitative research experience, and demonstrate equity-centered or community-based participatory research experience. The position is temporary for 11 months, up to 19 hours per week, hybrid with one mandatory in-office day, and pays $38.00 per hour.
