Description

Diraq is hiring a Program Scheduler to plan, coordinate, monitor, and adjust project schedules for product launches, events, and operational deliverables. The role uses Microsoft Project, Open Project, and advanced Excel; supports Agile and Waterfall workflows; manages dependencies, critical paths, risks, resource bottlenecks, status reporting, and schedule health; and mentors technical teams and helps establish portfolio schedule standards. It is a hybrid EoR/PEO position with 401k and health benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of scheduling and/or project coordination experience in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Milestones Pro, or Open Project
Advanced Excel data analysis
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and design and production workflows
Schedule or program management certification such as PMI-SP, CST, MSP-S, PMP, MPM, or Lean 6 Sigma
Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills
