Program Scheduler at Ursa Major

Ursa Major is hiring a full-time Program Scheduler to own one or more Program Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Planner Premium. The role covers schedule creation, baselining, CPM logic, critical-path and float analysis, progress validation, reporting, performance metrics, schedule risk analysis, and change-control re-baselining. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of complex program-scheduling experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or defense environment, and advanced Microsoft Project or Planner Premium skills. The position offers a base salary of $82,160 to $102,700, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and requires U.S. personhood and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
