IMS is hiring a full-time Program Scheduler as a consultant to support an aerospace and defense manufacturing client in El Segundo, California. The hybrid role involves developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, analyzing schedule trends and risks, creating recovery plans, reporting performance, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and program management teams. The position requires U.S. citizenship, at least three years of relevant scheduling experience, knowledge of EVMS and EIA-748, schedule risk analysis experience, and familiarity with scheduling software; a bachelor's degree, security clearance, and DoD or intelligence-community experience are preferred.
