Description
Umbra is hiring a Program Security Manager to lead integrated security for complex U.S. Intelligence Community programs in Reston, Virginia. The role serves as the primary security advisor to program leadership and spans personnel, physical, information, industrial, operational, and cybersecurity security across the program lifecycle, including classified environments, facility accreditation, system authorization, incident response, audits, and program closeout. Candidates need 5-8+ years of progressively responsible security experience, direct IC program support, an active TS/SCI clearance, and strong knowledge of ICD 503, ICD 705, NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117, and related security frameworks. The role is on-site and offers a base salary of $130,000 to $180,000 DOE plus benefits.
