Description

MANTECH is hiring a full-time Program Security Officer 2 in Chantilly, Virginia, to advise government and program security officers on classification management, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security; conduct briefings; develop security policies; and provide risk-managed security recommendations. The role requires a current active TS/SCI with polygraph, substantial relevant security experience, familiarity with intelligence community directives and security programs, and domestic travel plus OCONUS travel up to 25%. The projected compensation range is $75,500 to $125,600, with health insurance and other benefits available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant security experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years, or a master's degree with 2 years of relevant security experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of relevant security experience with a high school diploma
6+ years of relevant security experience with an associate degree
4+ years of relevant security experience with a bachelor's degree
2+ years of relevant security experience with a master's degree
Substantive experience providing risk-managed security recommendations to program managers
Familiarity with ICD 503, 705, DISS, and Scattered Castles
Working knowledge of acquisition lifecycle security requirements
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to assist the government in the NRO Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP)
Experience working with industrial security staffs
Security Program Oversight Manual (NISPOM) security policy and procedures
