Description

MANTECH is hiring a full-time Program Security Officer 2 in Chantilly, Virginia, to advise government and program security officers on security issues, manage classification and information systems security, conduct briefings, develop security policies, and provide risk-managed recommendations. Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant security experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years, or a master's degree with 2 years of relevant security experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of relevant security experience with a high school diploma
6+ years of relevant security experience with an associate degree
4+ years of relevant security experience with a bachelor's degree
2 years of relevant security experience with a master's degree
Substantive experience providing risk-managed security recommendations to program managers
Familiarity with ICD 503, ICD 705, DISS, and Scattered Castles
Knowledge of program protection methodologies and risk management principles
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to assist the government in the NRO Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP)
Experience working with industrial security staffs
Security Program Oversight Manual (NISPOM) security policy and procedures
Working knowledge of acquisition lifecycle security requirements
